I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION.

I HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

I FURTHER AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE AND PAY FOR ALL PURCHASES.

BUYERS FEE: IS 15% ON ALL ITEMS (PLUS NECESSARY GST AND PST)

Bidding on Items
You must be a registered user to bid on items. By bidding, you are stating that you are ready, willing and able to purchase the item for the price you elected to bid, plus the 15% buyers fee plus any taxes. If you are outbid, or your bid does not meet the reserve price, you are under no obligation to buy. But in all other cases, you are entering into a contract to purchase the item, and to deliver payment within the time period specified (48 hours from auction closing). All bids are final and will be charged.

Bidder Registration
All persons who wish to bid in the auction or want to purchase must register by creating an online account. To register, the Bidder must provide all of the registration information requested, and sign the Agreement by checking the ‘I AGREE’ box. By checking this box, you acknowledge that you are binding yourself to this contractual agreement. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license. UBET Auctions reserves the right to refuse to register or admit any person at its sole discretion. Invoices and correspondence relating to purchases will be sent in accordance with the information on the bidder’s registration. Your registration will be accepted but your information will be verified and your account may be disabled until the necessary information is provided to verify the account.

Reserve Auctions
Unless explicitly stated otherwise by UBET auctions, each Lot is being sold with reserve as a reserve auction. These terms are applicable to all reserve auctions. UBET Auctions maintains the right to withdraw any property before and during the sale of such property. The reserve price may not be disclosed. All bids are raised in a minimum of ten dollars ($10) increments and UBET Auctions, at its sole and complete discretion, may reject a nominal bid advance.

Reserve Bidding
Any Lot being sold with a “reserve,” a price below which the Lot will not be sold. Any bid submitted below the reserve price will not result in the purchase of a Lot.

Bidder Rights
All rights granted herein are personal and exclusive to the registered bidder, and may not be assigned or transferred to another person or entity, by operation of law or otherwise. Any attempt to assign or transfer any such rights shall be void and unenforceable. No third party may rely on any benefit or right conferred herein or granted to any Bidder. Internet Bidding
(A) Buyer acknowledges that UBET Auctions does not have any responsibility or liability for the website(s) used for Internet bidding. Seller acknowledges that UBET Auctions may not have any control over the website(s) and cannot guarantee its operation or performance. There are occasional interruptions and delays relating to the use of the Internet and the Website. Furthermore, UBET Auctions shall not be held liable or responsible for the function of the website or its inability to function. Buyer acknowledges that hardware malfunctions, software malfunctions, viruses, and similar issues do occur and are beyond the knowledge, scope, and control of UBET Auctions.

Payment
Payment in full must be paid by Buyer in the form of cash, e-transfer or all major credit cards on all purchased items. The winning Bidder will be charged in full within 48 hours of the time of auction closing. If the winning Bidder does not pick up their winning Lot within 7 days of the closing of the auction, the item will be forfeited by the Bidder and become the property of UBET Auctions.

Acceptance of Terms
A bid placed by any person shall be conclusive proof that he or she acquainted himself or herself with the terms and conditions of sale and agreed to be bound by such terms and conditions prior to placing any bid.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL UBET AUCTIONS BE LIABLE TO BUYER or SELLER FOR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AUCTION OR THE PERFORMANCE OR BREACH THEREOF. UBET AUCTIONS LIABILITY TO A BIDDER SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE TOTAL OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, BUYER’S PREMIUM, AND TAXES PAID BY BIDDER TO UBET AUCTIONS.

SELLERS FEE: 28% OF THE SALE PRICE FOR ITEMS SOLD BETWEEN $1.00 – $499.00

18% OF THE SALE PRICE FOR ITEMS SOLD BETWEEN $500.00 – $999.00

12% OF THE SALE PRICE FOR ITEMS SOLD FOR $1000 AND UP

RETURN POLICY
All online items are sold in “as is” condition. A limited guarantee is offered on electronic items and allows the winning Bidder to confirm the electronic is in working order and delivered without any passwords that restrict the use and enjoyment of the device. If you purchase an electronic device, you have 48 hours to test and confirm the device has power and isn’t restricted by any passwords, after that the sale will be final. All sales are final unless a gross error in the description has been made. Any disputes must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization from UBET Auctions. UBET Auctions will not refund above and beyond the original purchase price.
